Agreed on that a Shared module can easily turn into a bottomless sack. But at the end it will depend on what's the target of your app. If overall performance or a small initial bundle is not a priority a bloated SharedModule will do. But SCAMing ALL your features is so extreme that someone else will be saying all your "WTF, WHY???!!!".
Not really related but it can give an idea; someone said 'Too much security is bad security, but it's still better than no security.' We can always find a balance and do better.
