I haven't faced that use case as the app I was working on didn't use GTM. I guess one option could be configuring events and else in an external js file and exclude it from the obfuscation process. Another option would be checking out the parameters so it doesn't obfuscate the app strings, and take care to use human obfuscated tokens if required in other places.
