Would mostly agree, only if bundle sizes weren't important. When working on any SPA like web application, most CSS frameworks end up bloating the bundle with unused classes, unless you add some CSS purging, minifying, plus some extra trickery for dynamic classes not detected on build time.
And no, cheap prices for storage or broadband are not valid arguments, not when you develop for countries where network speeds higher than 100MB are far too expensive.
